Meet Pam Campbell...
Pam joined the Board in May of 2004 and looks forward to many
years of dedicated service. Pam is the Chairperson of the Board for 2006-07.
She became involved with We Care when her adopted twin sons showed signs
of developmental delays at the age of 5 mos. old. Her boys were enrolled
in the home based therapy programs and then went to the Services for Children at age 18 mos. until their graduation in April, 2004.
Pam believed so strongly in the services provided to her children that
she wanted to stay involved with the Center even though her children had
graduated. There just happened to be a Board opening and her wish came
true.Her desire is that every child with developmental delays be given
the opportunities that her boys were given through this wonderful program.
Pam is currently an "at home" mom but had been a Human Resources
professional in law firms for many years as well as having worked in the
Senior Care industry. Pam is a native San Franciscan and has been residing
in Concord for the past 11 years. She shares her home with her husband,
twin boys, cocker spaniel and two cats. As she has twin boys, she reluctantly
anticipates sharing her home with an assortment of snakes, lizards, hamsters,
guinea pigs and whatever else they might drag in!
